What’s included in the steel package?
Each kit includes exterior and interior walls, tie-downs and anchor bolts, windows, exterior doors, Zip board sheathing, OSB roof decking, house wrap, and 26 GA metal siding and roofing. Interior finishes and MEP are sourced separately during your build.
Do you deliver outside South Dakota?
Yes. We serve builders and homeowners throughout the upper Midwest as My Barndo Plans’ regional manufacturing partner, so buyers across the region benefit from lower freight costs and faster delivery than shipping from a single national location.
How does cold-formed steel handle upper Midwest winters?
Cold-formed steel framing doesn’t warp, rot, or attract pests, and we engineer it to the snow load and wind requirements for your specific county.
